We focus on understanding and exploring the mechanical behavior of various engineering materials ranging from liquid to solid. We develop a novel theoretical model with simplified experimental studies to mathematically describe kinetic material systems. Based on the results of the mechanical studies, we aim to demonstrate new applications such as biosensors, wearable devices, and soft robotic systems.
